Holmes Electric provided design‑build electrical systems for a 24‑story multifamily high‑rise apartment building totaling 297,440 square feet. The project includes studio, one‑ and two‑bedroom units, street‑level retail, and structured parking. Working with Turner Construction and architect Weber Thompson, our team delivered power distribution, lighting and controls, life‑safety systems, and integrated electrical infrastructure throughout the building.
