Our process is to provide accurate constructible estimates based on developed documents from plan and specification to conceptual projects. We are able to guide the design team with our knowledge of electrical construction, code requirements and understanding of client needs. Our Capabilities include providing early conceptual budgets and pricing studies, pricing updates at project milestones and maintain a progress cost log on updates as well as alternates or options that present themselves during the estimating or preconstruction phases of the project. 

We utilize Trimble Accubid along with Live-Count to produce a complete estimate based on the drawings, areas, phases, electrical systems and bid items along with meeting any project necessary breakouts. Live Count provides a visual representation of what has been taken off in the estimate.
