Copper River Office & Garage Expansion

Located eight blocks from Seattle‑Tacoma International Airport, this design‑build project included the construction of a 130,000 SF, six‑story office building and a seven‑level, 260‑stall parking garage. Holmes Electric supported the addition of a 35,000 SF Integrated Operations Center, along with new street lighting and pedestrian crossings to enhance site access and employee circulation.
