Mike Holmes joined Holmes Electric in 1984. In an effort to gain insight into the critical functions within the organization, Mike worked in field service, engineering, and estimating departments.

Mike founded the Communications/Structured Wiring Division of Holmes Electric to meet the low voltage needs of a growing, technology-driven business environment. His experience helped him develop strong corporate leadership skills. As CEO, Mike focuses on the company’s long-term vision, strategic growth, and positioning Holmes Electric to lead in an evolving electrical and infrastructure marketplace.

Terry McCabe joined Holmes Electric in 2012 and currently serves as President, providing oversight and leadership across the organization. With more than 36 years in the electrical industry beginning in 1990, Terry brings extensive experience in mission critical environments along with a strong operational and leadership background. His role includes guiding company operations, establishing financial and operational controls, and helping manage risk across complex projects.

Terry is focused on long-term performance and consistency, supporting teams through planning, execution, and decision‑making while keeping quality, safety, and profitability in balance. His responsibilities also include regulatory oversight, including obtaining and maintaining electrical licenses, as well as overall financial stewardship. In addition, Terry serves as Holmes Electric’s representative to Federated Electrical Contractors, using industry involvement to support best practices, risk management, and the company’s long‑term strategy.

Greg has been with Holmes since 1998 and brings over 30 years of experience in the electrical industry. Throughout his tenure, he has successfully led large teams on complex, multi-million dollar commercial and industrial projects, gaining deep expertise across all phases of construction.

As Vice President of Operations, Greg is responsible for overseeing the company’s project execution and operational performance. He leads the large projects team while also managing key departments including Estimating, VDC, Low Voltage, and Prefabrication. Known for his effective and efficient leadership of fast-tracked construction projects, Greg ensures alignment and consistency from initial planning through final completion, driving successful outcomes across the organization.
