Holmes Electric is committed to utilizing prefabrication wherever and whenever possible on your project. Prefabrication enables our construction team to deliver and install assemblies on time and within budget as well as meet industry sustainability practices.

Our production and staging facility allows our team to develop, build, and inventory commonly used electrical and communications sub-assemblies, incorporate standard sub-assemblies into design drawings and share prefabrication successes within estimating to save time and money on future projects.

Our prefabrication shop allows us to start work prior to arriving on site, allowing us to schedule just in time deliveries based on the project schedule and speed up installation times on your project. Electrical components arrive at the job site in an efficient, damage free and operable manner, minimizing waste and increasing recycling. Specific, strategic and custom assemblies are provided to the site so productivity can be measured and maximized. Prefabrication reduces laydown congestion on the project site, which in turn, allows crews to work in a safe and clean environment.
