Seattle Yacht Club

As part of the complete modernization of the Seattle Yacht Club, Holmes Electric delivered full electrical renovations within the club’s three‑story, nationally registered historic facility on Lake Union, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2006. Work included a major electrical service upgrade, new general, architectural, accent, and trophy case lighting with lighting controls, and electrical service and connections supporting renovated dining rooms, lounge and bar spaces, kitchen, and meeting areas.
