Holmes Electric provided full electrical and integrated technology services for Nintendo of America’s 335,000 SF high‑tech office building and 200,000 SF underground and above‑grade parking structure. Working with Turner Construction and ZGF Architects, the team delivered building electrical systems along with data center infrastructure, network cabling, AV, sound masking, security, DAS, and wireless systems to support a highly connected workplace.
