This project involved a targeted tenant improvement within an active pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Holmes Electric installed specialized electrical systems, including equipment cabinets and PDUs, to support high‑reliability operations. The work was completed in collaboration with Sabey Construction and electrical engineer Lane Colburn.
