Holmes Electric provided electrical, special systems, and communications services for this 45‑story mixed‑use Hyatt Regency hotel encompassing more than 1.45 million square feet. The project includes 1,260 guest rooms, expansive ballroom and meeting spaces, commercial kitchens, street‑level retail, and below‑grade parking. Working alongside Sellen Construction and LMN Architects, our team supported the project through a design‑assist delivery approach and delivered integrated technology systems to support a LEED Gold–certified hospitality environment.
