Northgate Mall Phase II-UMP
Northgate Mall is undergoing a major redevelopment. The new 180,000 SF, Northgate Ice Center is being built and will serve as the Seattle NHL team’s headquarters and training facility. It will replace a large portion of the mall on the east side of the existing building. This new $85 million dollar facility is scheduled to be completed by June 2021. Additionally the mall will be redeveloped and add a hotel on the west side in the second phase of the project.
Holmes is installing the temporary and permanent infrastructure for Seattle City Light on 3rd Ave, Northgate Way and through the existing service tunnel to the mall.
