333 Dexter is a design-build shell & core office building (960,000 sf) and consists of 5 levels of parking garage (344,000 sf), two 12-floor towers (344,000 sf), and retail spaces (14,000 sf). Featuring a unique through-block design of almost 20,000 sf, the outdoor public space offers a vibrant streetscape and connectivity to South Lake Union's Dexter corridor. Holmes' scope includes a rooftop solar system, emergency power generation, fire alarm, device & equipment power, lighting, lighting control, and distribution gear.
