Trailside Student Housing UMP
We have the great pleasure of getting to install the ductbanks for the UMP Student Housing in Seattle! With over 530 feet of city light ductbanks and 260 feet of communication ductbanks for building services, the field is sure to be busy!
Additionally, we will be installing two vaults for Seattle City Lights, and three others for Lumen Technologies (FKA CenturyLink) and Comcast. Furthermore, for the street improvement, lights will be installed to relocate power lines for tower cranes as preparation for the permanent lighting for the Spring of 2021. Phoenix Properties and our General Contractor, Walsh Group, will be pleased to know their work is in good hands!
