Hyatt Regency Seattle—Completed
After three years of hard work, the Hyatt Regency Seattle is now complete.
The largest hotel in the Pacific Northwest at just over 1.4 million square feet located in the heart of downtown Seattle, the property includes an impressive 45 stories, 1260 hotel rooms, 105,000 SF of ballroom and meeting space, 6 kitchens, and the largest laundry facility in the area; this project is one of Holmes’ most impressive accomplishments.
